It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Spencer of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Spencer; his sister Diana Fulton; his grandparents, James, Nettie Spencer (Paternal), Ethel and Arlie Hunt (Maternal); and his aunts and uncles, Wanetah Hunt, Frank, Willard Spencer and Betty Spencer Rolph.
He is survived by: his mother Nelma Spencer of Flemingsburg, KY; his sons, Stephen Spencer Jr. and Joel Spencer (Elizabeth); his grandsons, Hunter James Spencer and Kaleb Ryan Spencer; the mother of his children Bernadette Spencer of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his siblings, Jim Spencer (Kim), Darryl Spencer, Dana Spencer and Martin Spencer; his brother-in-law Rob Fulton; his nephew Christopher Fulton; his nieces, Ashley Schenck, Mandy Rex and Lorie Spencer; his aunt Garnett Spencer; and his girlfriend Patty Hatton.
