It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Worthington of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pearl Hart, Sr. and Ruby Graham Davis Hart; her son Ricky Dean Hart; and her brothers, Bill, Bobby, Jack and Arthur Pearl Hart, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Paul Rader Worthington; and her grandchildren, Josh Mitchell and Casey Mitchell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Due to the increase of COVID, all in attendance are asked to wear face masks.
