He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mitchell and Ruby Lee Phelps Mitchell; and his brother Lowell Mitchell (Elsie). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Jackson Mitchell; his children, Marsha Mitchell and Raymond Pollitt (Michelle); his brother Kenneth Mitchell (Hazel) of Fort Myers, FL; and his cousin Wanda Nell Vice of Ewing. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special grandchildren.
Due to the increase of COVID, all in attendance are asked to wear face masks.
