It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gossett of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rees Gossett and Mary Kimbrough Lebus Gossett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kelley Gossett; his sons, Robert Kelley Gossett (Emily) of Atlanta, GA and Richard Lebus Gossett of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Bryant Robert Gossett, Ansley Elizabeth Gossett and Andrew Thomas Gossett of Atlanta, GA.; and his siblings, Ernest Gossett, Jr. (Mary) of Cynthiana, Larry Gossett (Pam) of Germantown, TN and Martha Snodgrass (Jim) of Cynthiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
