She is survived by: her husband Otis Patrick, Jr.; her children, Pamela Jolly (Randy) of Flemingsburg, Melissa Patrick of Flemingsburg, Gregory Patrick (Lillie) of Flemingsburg and Rachel Mullins (Anthony) of Flemingsburg; her grandchildren, Samantha Jolly, Matthew Jolly, Robert Jolly (Michelle Hunt), Candace Nickell, Derrick Nickell, Brandon Patrick (Skylair), Leslie Taylor (Ryan), Johnathon Patrick, William Patrick, Elijah Mullins and Erica Haddix; her great grandchildren, Kylee Prater, Oliver Hunt, Henry Jolly, Brian Taylor and Charles Patrick; and her sisters, Delores Amburgey of Leburn, Kathy Carlson (Mark) of Flemingsburg, Alicia Staton of Knoxville Tenn and Darlene Sawyers of Williamsburg.
