He is survived by: his wife Etta Karen Hickerson Manley of Flemingsburg; his children, Michael Shayne Manley of Louisville, Jonathan Sebastian (Erin) of Paris, Kentucky. and Jamilyn Kelly Taddeo (Antonio) of Santa Clara, California.; his siblings, Doug Manley of Bethel and Debbie Gulley of Bethel, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Austin Manley, Hunter Sebastian, Karlee Sebastian and Brooklyn Taddeo.
