He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harvey Rice and Virginia Foster Rice; and his brother Dale Edward. He is survived by: his siblings, Leonard Lee Rice, John Kenneth Rice and Connie Rice; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie and Rosezetta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
