She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Prater; her parents, Dudley Mineer and Laura Mineer; her children, Donald Ray Prater and Maxine Moore; and her siblings, Clyde, Dora, Alice and Genievee.
She is survived by: her son Ralph Prater; her grandchildren, Rhonda Niehaus, Darrell Moore, Amberly Richardson, Greg Prater and Rodney Prater; and her siblings, J. T., Ruth, Catherine and Eunice. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren, her 5 great, great grandchildren.
