He was predeceased by: his father Clayton McWhorter; and his wife Diane Tackett McWhorter. He is survived by: his sons, Will McWhorter (Rayna) and John McWhorter (Jessica); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Elle, Aubrey and Emory; and his siblings, Virgil McWhorter (Tomie Davis) and Phyllis Otto (Darrell). He is also survived by loving friends and family.
