She was predeceased by: her parents, Durward Sammons and Sylvia Mahala McCoy Sammons; her husband Howard Vernon Clark; her son Howard Keith Clark; her siblings, Sylvia Durene Calder, Ralph Sammons, Curtis Sammons, Clarence Sammons, Don Sammons, Robert Dale "Jack" Sammons, Dorothy Shields and Fred Watt Sammons; and her grandson Taylor Andrew "Drew" Broaddus.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Sue McNeil, Pamela Perine (David), Tammy Gilreath (Wayne), Kimberly Clark, Teresa Broaddus (David) and Jeffrey Clark (Cindy); her grandchildren, Christopher McNeil, Robert Colegrove Jr., Steven Colegrove, Jared Williams, Caitlin Williams, Joshua Gilreath, Whitney Martin, Zac Clark, Todd Broaddus, Brad Broaddus, Jill Whitaker and Chad Broaddus; and her sisters, Patty May and Nora Sturgill. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, a host of loving family and friends.
