It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Rush of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harold Rush; his stepfather Kenneth Knuckles; and his sisters, Pam and Sandy Rush. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Prater Rush; his sons, Alan Rush of Deerfield Beach, FL and Dwayne Rush of Ft. Worth, TX; and his brothers, Steve Rush, Jay Knuckles, Kirby Knuckles, Rick Knuckles and Ken Knuckles.
