He is survived by: his pet Ellie; his son Michael Burkhardt (Judy Peters) of Ashland, KY; and his brother Raymond Burkhardt (Loveloe) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
