He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Bagby and Lucille Meade Bagby; and his siblings, Herb, Kenneth, Levi, Bill, Jack Bagby, Annetta Dixon and Edna Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Evelyn Grizzle Bagby of Flatwoods, KY; his children, Robert W. Bagby (Janet) of Flatwoods, KY and Pamela Watts (Dan) of Flatwoods, KY; his grandchildren, Rob Rhoden (Karen), Angelia Boyles (Clay), Tyler Bagby (Jessica), Drew Bagby (Ann) and Nichole Rose; and his great grandchildren, Danica Davis, Dakota Boyles, Shanna Richie, Sophia Bagby Grayson Bagby and Zephyr Bagby. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
