He is survived by: his parents, Jack Lewis and Carol Lewis; his wife Dawn Lewis (Walters); his son Richard Lewis; the mother of his child Mary Leith; his stepdaughter Kayla Koerper; his grandchildren, Elijah and Kylie Lewis; his siblings, Paul Lewis (Kathy), Deanna Haas (Mark) and Alys Patrick (Troy); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Walters; and his sister-in-law Suzzie Zornes (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
