He was predeceased by: his father Walter L. Minnehan. He is survived by: his mother Zella Minnehan of Flatwoods; his wife Rebecca "Becky" Whitt Minnehan; his daughters, Crissa Willis (Sean) of Summerville, SC and Rebecca Ashley Deskins of South Point; his grandchildren, Drew, Ava, Callen Willis, Shawn and Maggie Deskins; and his siblings, Rick Minnehan of Portsmouth and Kim Minnehan of Flatwoods. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
