He was predeceased by: his father Orra William. He is survived by: his sister Ramona Barber; his niece Beth Barber; his nephew Mitchell Barber; his great-nephew Bryant Barber; his cousins, Sue Mitchell and Jean Tennant; and his close friends, Mike Douglas and Elisha Stafford.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Ashland First Church of the Nazarene Youth Group.
