She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Navy and Betty Joan McGowan Martin Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Van Adkins; her children, Ronetta Cremeans of Greenup, Jerri Mitchell of Greenup, Michael Hicks (Julie) of Tollesboro, KY and Buddy Adkins of Greenup, KY; and her sisters, Dreama Martin of Wurtland, KY and Shelia Lenarz of Flatwoods, KY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
