She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Knipp and Ruth Smith Knipp; her husband Larry Wells; and her sister Virginia Cogan. She is survived by: her children, Denise Ciofani and Brian Ciofani; her granddaughter Zia Ciofani; and her siblings, Virgil Knipp Jr., John Daniel Knipp, Frances Marshall and Martha Faulkner.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the LaGrange Freewill Baptist Church in Ironton.
