It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilly Louise Adkins (Flatwoods, Kentucky), born in Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Bolton; her siblings, Charles Bolton and Ferrell Jean White; and her sons, Billy, Bobby, Bryan Spainhower and James T. Spainhower.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Price (Delynn), Kathy Spainhower and Jamie Crum; her grandchildren, Mary Price (Mike French), Julie Blaine (Stephan), Luke Price (Amber), Joshua Rice, Zachery Rice and Daniel Crum; her great grandchildren, Mason May, Asher Blaine, James Price, Abby Price, Noah Price, Emily Price, Ashton Rice, Tommy Rice, Haylee Rose Rice, Jasmine Crum, Carmen Crum, Kalie Crum and Bentley Crum; and her brothers, David Bolton (Belva) and Clyde Bolton (Marie).
