He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fultz and Bertha Nolan Fultz; his wife Angie Irene Fultz; his son Brent Fultz; and his siblings, Bess Wilburn, Irene Greenhill, Jean Greenhill, Rubie Fultz, Elix, Wayne, Willis, Arville and Arthur Fultz.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Large (Kenny) and Tony Fultz; his daughter-in-law Angie Fultz; his grandchildren, Angela Newcome (Patrick), Amanda Burnside, Matthew Whitt, Ashley Reed, Allison Gilliam (Robert), Shannon Large, Morgan Sims (Trevor), Christian Large, Jason Fultz (Lyka), Trevor Fultz, Tyler Fultz, Nikki McVey (John) and Cassie Harris (Tristan); and his great grandchildren, Grayce, Johnathan, Alana, Alivia, Aaliyah, Tristen, Mylei, Milo, Mara, L. J., Jasmine and Gilliam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Wurtland First Church of The Nazarene.
