He is survived by: his wife Linnie Elizabeth Sergent Chandler of Flatwoods, KY; his children, John Troy Chandler (Lisa) of Nashville, TN, Lonnie Rice of Pedro, OH and Paula Rice of Flatwoods, KY; and his grandchildren, Dan, Judy Cobb (Kenny) of South Charleston, WV and Rae Hartwell of Fuquay Varina, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
