It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Grimm of Flatwoods, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Carpenter and Lucy Akers Carpenter; and her husband Ronald Grimm. She is survived by: her daughter Ronni Kelly (Nathan); her grandson Matthew Little; and her siblings, Mike, Billy Joe Carpenter and Del Hayden.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Carman Funeral Home, to assist with final expenses.
