She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Blankenship of Piketon, OH and Janet Vanderhoof of Flatwoods, KY; her granddaughter-in-law Susie Bentley; her siblings, Doris Fay Brantferger of Dallas, TX, Jack Donta of Louisville, KY, Conrad Donta of Ashland, KY, Donald Donta and Bob Donta of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Christopher Tackett, Gary Tackett (Tanya), Vikki Lynn Sipps, Elaine Michele Sipps, JD "Jack" Sipps and Debbie Sipps; her great grandchildren, Eve Tackett, McKenzie Tackett, Marissa Tackett, Austin Tackett, Logan Tackett, Karlee Tackett, Brock Tackett, Samantha Tackett, Zowey Tackett, Destiny Sipps, Lee Caudill and Devonte Sipps; her great great grandchildren, Ashton Sipps, Grayson Sipps, Aiden Sipps, Chance Sipps, Emerie Sipps, Greyson Sipps, Cory Sipps, Rae Lynn Sipps and Brody Sipps; and her grandchild Kingston Sipps.
