She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jennings Baker and Nancy Ann Pelfry Baker; and her husband Larry Belitz. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Baker (Amy) of Nashville, TN and Alisha Ann Estep of Flatwoods; her siblings, Charles Michael Baker of Stroud, OK and Evelyn Arlene Beaman (Dustin Cory Beaman) of Stroud, OK; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Baker, Austin Russell, Caleb Russell and James Estep. She is also survived by extended family, nieces and nephews.
