He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Smith and Mary Menshouse Smith. He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald Gene Smith and Richard Hall; his children, Carl Edward "Eddie" Smith of Indiana and Rhonda Smith of Indiana; and his siblings, Willie Smith (Gwen) of Flatwoods, Anthony Smith (Juanita) of Wurtland and Barb Dixon (Leroy) of Flatwoods. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
