She was predeceased by: her father William Clarence Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Phillip, Charles Eugene Tackett, Tammy A., Patty Sue, Connie G. and Iva L.; and her brother Roger Johnson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
