She was predeceased by: her parents, Rush Ooten and Bessie Marcum Ooten; her husband Carl Mullins; and her brother Grover Ooten. She is survived by: her children, David Mullins (Terri Mossman), Ricky Mullins (Lesa), Sherry Salyer and Rita Griffith (Rodney); her grandchildren, Amy Snead (Jerad), Brandon Mullins, Andrew Mullins, Ryne Salyer (Lacey), Amber Sturgill (Mark), Jeremy Griffith (Christy) and Colin Griffith; her great grandchildren, Khalie Mullins, Braxton Griffith and Peyton Birdsell; and her siblings, Wallace, John Ooten, Pearl Fankhauser, Vickie Beeman, Bessie Jones (Jeff), Kathy Lehman (Aaron) and Anetta Simms.
