She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Howard and Eula Christine Long Stambaugh. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Allen Withrow; her brothers, Larry Stambaugh and Howard Allen Stambaugh; her sons, Christopher Allen Withrow (Pamela) of Hermitage, TN and Aaron Withrow (Cathy) of Flatwoods, KY; her grandchildren, Laura Frisby (Paul) of Flatwoods and Joshua Brandon Withrow (Sarah) of Louisville; her great grandchild Astrid Applewhite; her brothers, Michael Stambaugh of Indiana and Mitchell Stambaugh of Paintsville KY; and also Ms. Virginia Withrow and her fiancé Scott Harris.
