He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnie Cash and Nelly Cash (Darnell); and his brothers, Charles and Paul Cash. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cash (Evans); and his children, Donna Bryant of Eubank, Mark, Noah Thomas and Wesley of Science Hill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
