He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walker and Mildred Walker; and his siblings, Edward Walker, Vernon Walker, Wavelyn Ryals and Vivian Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Malinda Walker; his children, Richard Walker II, Bryon Blackburn (Julie), Ben Walker (Rashelle), Paula Walker (Patrick Keller) and Ericalyn Padilla (Willie); his siblings, Charles Walker (Cindy), John Walker (Marcia), Shirley Hall (Mike), Linda Oliver (Allen) and Glenda Harlow (Danny); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Walker and Joan Walker. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
