She was predeceased by: her husband John Mastin (Bill). She is survived by: her sisters, Evelyn Hurst, Ruth Mears of England and Shirley Elliot; her sons, Philip Mastin (Melody), Gregg Mastin (Vicky) and Paul Mastin (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Katie Cappel (Ben), Christopher Mastin (Jamie), Lauren Hellard (Justin), Collin Mastin (Kaleigh), Nate Mastin (Lexi), Dale Mastin and Brent Mastin; and her great grandchildren, Anna Cappel, Joseph Cappel, Grant Mastin and Grace Hellard.
Memorial donations can be made in her name to the Methodist Children's Home of Kentucky, 2050 Lexington Road, Versailles, KY. 40383.
