He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fieger and Patricia Jones; his sisters, Catherine Griffin and Charlotte Ortha; and his grandson Matthew Springer.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Meyer; his children, Jerry Springer and Amanda Springer; his siblings, Donnie Fieger (Carrie), Larry Fieger (Debbie), Butch Gregory (Jodi), Thomas Gregory, Tonya Williams (Russ), Rhonda Ewing and Pam Franz; his grandchildren, Tyler Springer and Jerry Springer, Jr.; and his great grandchild Matthew Springer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
