She is survived by: her sister Martha Jane McCoun; her husband Robert "Bob" Mathis of Eminence; her sons, Michael Mathis of Eminence, Greg "Chumbo" Mathis of Eminence and Rick Mathis (Cara) of Eminence; her brother Mike Purvis (Sonya) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, April, Amanda, Chelsea, Katie, Cody, Cameron and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Paislee and Emmett.
