He is survived by: his daughter Candy Smith (Greg) of Eminence; his close friend Sherry Troxell of Eminence; and his sisters, Sue Moore of LaGrange and Jackie Sowders (Tom) of Louisville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
