She is survived by: her parents, Kaylee Breedlove (Drake Bullion) of Eminence and Marshall Leonard of Campbellsburg; her brother Kolston Elias Roy Ortega of Eminence; her grandchildren, Crestwood and Paula Ingabrand of Campbellsburg; and her aunts and uncles, Rayanna "NaNa" Breedlove (Andrew), Haylee Leonard of Frankfort, Marissa Fultz (Tetter), Kimberly "Pimmie" Greer of Eminence, Logan Breedlove of Louisville, Matthew Capehart of LaGrange, Patrick Capehart and Blake of Shelbyville.

Memorial Contributions may be given to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Pulmonary Medicine at 3333 Burnet Avenue; Cincinnati, OH 45229.
