He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester N. Kinser and Retha Mae Harris; his wife Billie Jean Griffis; and his son Robert "Bob" Kinser. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Kinser, Jan Hess, Dean Brock and Carol Conley; his daughter Jackie (Rod); his granddaughters, Catherine Anne and Emily Christine; and his siblings, Harry Kinser, Don Kinser and Doris Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
