He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Kellems and Virginia Kellems. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy Arrowood; his daughter Keina Kellems; and his siblings, Tim Kellems, Dave Kellems, Mike Kellems, Joan and Judy. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
