It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Blaine Snodgrass (Elsmere, Kentucky), who passed away on January 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Snodgrass and Ida Snodgrass; his children, James Robert Snodgrass and Carolyn Ann Sammons; and his siblings, Charlie Snodgrass, Marie Phillips and Catherine Price.

He is survived by: his wife Shelby Snodgrass. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
