He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Perkins and Ruby Perkins (Din); his grandson Jeffrey Perkins; his nephew Dwayne Wilburn; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Hall, Herb Richardson and Wilbert Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Perkins; his children, Jeff Perkins (Blaise), Alesia Willett (David) and Michelle Moore (Dave); his grandchildren, Katie Wilson (Marcus), Michael Willett (Sullivan), Dustin Ramler (Catherine), Dylan Ramler, Hailey Hodgson and Hunter Hodgson; his great grandchildren, Anthony Hernandez, Charlotte Wilson, Milo Willett and Emmitt Willett; his siblings, Mary Walters, Martha Hall and Bill McCardle; and his niece Heidi Graves. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and 60 % capacity will be limited at the funeral home.
