He was predeceased by: his father Hayes Baker. He is survived by: his mother Anita Baker; his sons, Matt Baker and Zach Baker; his siblings, Joe Baker, Cindy Wynn (Ed), Evie Morrow and Debbie Adams; and his grandson Sage Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
