He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phelps and Marie Phelps (Deborah A. Phelps). He is survived by: his children, Andrew T. Phelps and Amy M. Phelps; his granddaughter Nicole Hoffman; his siblings, Raymond Phelps and Darlene Roberts (Vernon); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas T. Murphy and Patricia A. Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
