It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Ruth Oliver of Elsmere, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Richard M. Oliver; her children, Beth Oliver, Dr. Richard G. Oliver (Michael Kelley) and Melissa G. Manning (Randy); her brother Douglas DeBuyser (Jan); and her grandsons, Tyler Manning and Spencer Manning.
