He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Addison and Clara Ward Addison; his wife Patsy Addison; his daughter Regina Gail Addison; and his sister Wanda Brewer.
He is survived by: his sons, Alan Addison (Linda) of Elkton and Anthony Addison (Kim) of Elkton; and his brother Berman Addison of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
