He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Thomas Williams; his parents, Willie Williams and Edna Williams Jones; and his brothers, Alton, Charles and Kenny Williams.
He is survived by: his son Elvis Williams (Jennifer) of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters, Shirley Gilvin of Greenwood, IN, Linda Fowler (Eddie) of Elkton, KY and Wanda Wood (Doug) of Elkton, KY; and his granddaughter Kaylee Williams.
