With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paula Annette Blake (Elkton, Kentucky), who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jimmie Lack. She is survived by: her husband Mickey Blake; her children, Brandon Blake of Bowling Green and Britny Robertson (Jon) of Daysville; her siblings, Marty Lack of Lake Worth, FL and Tanya Thomas (Kenny) of Hopkinsville; her mother Linda Lack Power (John Robert) of Elkton; and her grandchildren, Jon Luke, Atalie, Audrey and Colt.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Paula to further research in order to help those still struggling with this disease or to Pennyroyal Hospice.
