He is survived by: his wife Ann Addison of Elkton; his children, Ralph Addison (Christine) of Russellville and Tammy Judkins of Cerulean; and his siblings, Joseph Addison of Louisville, George Addison of Elkton and Peggy Griggs of Elkton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
