He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann McIntosh of Elkton; his sons, Casey McIntosh (Kelsey) of Elkton and Shane McIntosh (Julie) of Elkton; his siblings, Gary McIntosh of Kentucky, Steve McIntosh of Sharon Grove, Bondie Thompson of Pleasant View, TN and Sharon Cooper of Sharon Grove, KY; and his grandchildren, Michael Grant McIntosh and Meredith Emily McIntosh.
