He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cotton Powell and Lola Mae Long Powell; and his sister Sue Lett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Powell of Elkton, KY; his children, Keith Powell of Pembroke, KY and Sherry Berry of Elkton, KY; his sister Linda Lett of Maplewood, OH.; his grandson Shane Berry; and his great grandchild Ashton Berry.
