She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Dean Herrell; her parents, Dellis Key Hurt (D. K.) and Mary Katherine Hurt; and her siblings, Arlo Hurt and Barbara Rager.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Herrell (Laura) of Hopkinsville, KY and Marla Gillespie of Elkton, KY; and her grandchildren, Sarah Herrell, Katie Herrell, Josh Gillespie and Jake Gillespie.
The family asks that any donations be give to the Hearts and Hammers of Petrie Memorial Methodist Church or the Christian County Animal Shelter.
