Hoover; his children, Marvin Hoover (Linda), Miriam Martin (Raymond), Mahlen Hoover (Jennifer), Marcus Hoover (Carolyn), Merle Hoover (Karen Janae), Miranda Hoover, Makiah Hoover, Matthew Hoover, Milton Hoover, Melvern Hoover, Melanie Hoover and Malayna Hoover; his siblings, Luke Hoover (Ada Mae), James Hoover (Ella Mae), Steven Hoover (Ruthie), Daniel Hoover (Ruth Marie), Ellen Zimmerman (Alvin), Ada Martin (Owen), Esther Horning (Clair), Sarah Ann Weaver (Daryl Gene) and Mary Reiff (Anthony); and his sister-in-law Joanne Hoover. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
